Dispatch is via USPS Priority Mail Express with a tracking number issued from an American sender
Every product page links to a public CoA on the Lab Results portal
Open Lab Results →Checkout settles in USD via card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or supported crypto — never bank transfer to a personal account
Support replies come from @peplabs365.com addresses — not Gmail, ProtonMail, or look-alike domains
